Big Ideas,
Real Impact.
We provide opportunities to learn through skill-based workshops, personalised support, community events, and group programmes that encourage connection, collaboration, and wellbeing.
We value sustainability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Participant feedback is an important part of our planning and evaluation process, ensuring that the voices of our community help shape the programmes and services we deliver.

1-1 Session Types →
This is a community-based programme offering one-on-one, in-home emotional and practical support at no cost to parents of young children. In addition we help whānau manage their households and develop essential life skills such as cooking, meal planning, budgeting, household routines etc. Our services are delivered by trained volunteer mentors. All of our mentors are Police Checked and have received induction and support from SuperGrans.
Referrals for our services are received by our Volunteer Coordinator who visits and carries out a needs assessment with the person/whanau. She then matches the family with the super skills of one of our Volunteer SuperGrans.
Our aim is for the support we provide to complement, not replace, professional services. Our objective is to empower people to live their best lives by sharing inter-generational knowledge and practical life skills.
